How much does coaching cost?
Unlike most coaching programs that charge a startup cost or a monthly subscription fee, our program was designed so that you pay for Coaching when you close on a deal. So in essence, we don't get paid until you get paid. The coaching fee depends on the coaching phase that you are in. Launch Coaching - 25% of Commission Earned, Momentum and Growth Coaching - 10% of Commission earned. Rentals and referrals are always 10% of Commission earned. If Client and Coach co-list a transaction together, the Commissions will be split 50/50 and no Coaching Fee will be due.

How long is the Coaching Agreement for?
The Coaching Agreement is for a term of 12 months or until you Cap, whichever comes first. At the completion of the intial contract, a renewal contract will be sent for another 12 month term.

Can I cancel my Coaching Agreement early?
Coaching is a process and not a single event. That being said, it does take time to see results. We do ask that all Coaching Clients give it at least 6 months before requesting to cancel their coaching agreement. If you do choose to cancel, a Coaching Termination Form will be sent to all parties to sign and agree to terms. There is a 60 day Protection Period on all early terminations, meaning that Coaching Fees are still due on any contracts that are written while in the program, and within 60 days following the Early Termination. You will still recieve the Coaching, training, and leads during the Protection Period. The Protection Period does not apply to Coaching Agreements that expire or do not renew. If you are on an incentive plan for being in the Coaching Program (ie: different Commission Split), you will be returned to your original terms.

Can IÂ switch to another Coach?
As Coaches, we do our best to accomodate the personalities, styles, and preferences of all of our Coaching Clients. However, we do realize that sometimes it just isn't a good fit. Communication is key, so if you feel as if you would have a better chance at succeeding with another Coach, let your Coach know, and they will process a Coach Transfer form. The Coach will not take it personal, and will understand your request.

Will you go with me on showings or appointments?
It is not the intention of the Coach to go with you on appointments, showings, or be directly involved with your transactions. Our goal is to teach you how to take the listing and become confident in your abilities and skills. In the event that you do require your Coach to go with you on an appointment, the Coaching Fee will be 50% of any commission earned during that transaction. This would only be in limited situations, and with the approval of the Directors of Productivity.
