Contract Essentials
Here you will find walkthrough videos of the most common contracts and agreements that we use. These forms are not fully enforceable until all parties agree with all of the terms of the offer, sign, and return. At the point, the document becomes a Contract. The date the last person signs and returns the executed contract is referred to as the Effective Date. All deadlines and timeframes start from that date.
You are not expected to memorize these contracts verbatim, but you should be very familiar with it and understand the essence of each section, so that you can refer back to it if your client asks, or if there is a dispute. Just about all matters and potential events are discussed in these contracts.
